PACKAGE UNITS

Package systems in South Florida are most commonly used in commercial settings and are often referred to as RTUs (rooftop units) because they are typically installed on rooftops. Some residential homes also have these units installed on exterior walls. They are called package units because the air handler and condenser are combined into a single unit.
